but I do U/L/Push/Pull and incorporate T1 strength progression from GZCLP
OHP on Upper
Squat in Lower
Bench on Push
Deadlift on Pull
has been working perfectly so far for me

Could you do other excersizes? I workout at home with a benchpress. So I have that and two barbells and a curl bar with weight. What excersizes can I do to replace the one you have here?

If you actually switch the order of UL and PPL you could do ULRPPLR and it's immediately better because 2x legs
