Painkillers like Tylenol & Ibuprofen don't work for me. My dad has the same issue. The only thing I've noticed is that Excedrin works for my migraines, nothing else. What could be done to help in my case?

I am 9 years almost on testosterone. I waited to decide on surgery. I got all the letters but for some reason my prior authorization will not go through for the doctors I’ve been referred to. Looking into you I really would like your help? I can pay outta pocket if I have to

I’m sorry for your fear but I think your first step is to ask your primary care doctor about your transitioning. They can refer you to mental health counselors that are specialist in helping you navigate this complex issue. 🦋

my surgeon will be using a nerve blocker thatll last past waking up from surgery, is this the same? she said I'll mostly be using Tylenol, narcotics as needed but most of her pts don't need them

I wish my doctor cared that much. The 3 days after my top surgery were so incredibly painful. I took the heavy narcotics to manage pain which caused nausea for hours on end. I couldn’t sit up or lay down by myself because of the incisions and drains, it was insane. I had no idea going into it what recovery would be like and it’s def interesting to read how different recovery experiences can be. 100% worth it in the end though :)

I'm about 9 days post-op and I only used the Oxy for the first 3 days. Then for about 3 more days I used Tylenol. Now, nothing. 💙💙
