These need to be replaced. They aren't pressure sealed. we install these all over the world with AU having harshest weather and never saw such poorly manufactured treads. They weren't pressurized in factory.

This is on the manufacturer. The fact they didn’t immediately offer replacement is gross. I’m in Aus and this wood is EVERYWHERE and we have the craziest sun.

My husband has been a wood finisher for almost 30yrs. He thinks they were never pressure sealed. They should be replaced. But if you can’t and want to again, he’ recommends finding a local wood finisher who can mix a custom color. He said he could mix a color to go over top with a sealant.

I really hope she holds this company accountable!!!!! The fact she is STILL repairing and they haven’t offered anything is frustrating! I know she has money but she got scammed so badly 😥

My recommendation is to take the company to court. They told you false information by saying it would be fine at your location. They owe you money for either the stairs themselves or your labor fixing them

These had to be free for promo if you're willing to do all this work and they didn't immediately offer to replace. There's just no way the stairs front and back are going to hold up.
