Thank you for the recipe! I just made it and it's awesome! I also put red onion and a small can of corn. In my country we have a bean salad made with beans, onion, pickled cucumbers, olives, parsley or dill or both and the same vinegrette sauce as this recipe. I also put thin slices of raw beet and carot in it. We make it a lot during lent.
