So if my spilt is fb eod and for the back i do one set of a frotnal plane pulldow, close grip low and a wide grip one and i dont feel fatigued or shoud i do two sets of a lat exercise and just swich betwen a frotal and sagital plane each session

I have a question should I be doing sldl and quad biased leg press cuz I do 3 sets each around 6-8 reps when sldl my legs be tired and can’t even feel hamstrings same happens if I do sldl first and leg press after idk if I’m not resting enough or any other reason causes this

I genuinely can’t feel my lats at all when doing anything in the frontal plane (even with lighter feeler sets). I’m therefore gonna try and only do lat-rows for a while. If u see this feel free to give me pointers to the pros and cons of this. Would love any feedback since I’m a bit unsure if this is a good thing or not.
