The Lamborghini Revuelto represents a bold and revolutionary step into the future for the iconic Italian automaker. As Lamborghini’s first series-production High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV), the Revuelto blends the brand’s traditional supercar DNA with cutting-edge hybrid technology, redefining what it means to drive an electrified hypercar. At its heart is a newly developed 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine—one of the last of its kind—combined with three electric motors. Two of these motors are mounted on the front axle, enabling torque vectoring and all-wheel-drive capabilities even in full-electric mode, while the third is integrated into a brand-new 8-speed dual-clutch transmission positioned behind the engine.
This innovative powertrain delivers a combined output of 1,001 horsepower (or 1,015 CV), allowing the Revuelto to launch from 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in an astonishing 2.5 seconds and achieve a top speed exceeding 350 km/h (217 mph). Despite its incredible performance, the plug-in hybrid system also offers limited electric-only driving, aimed at improving efficiency and reducing emissions for urban and short-distance travel.
Structurally, the Revuelto introduces a new “monofuselage” chassis made entirely of carbon fiber, making it 10% lighter and 25% more torsionally rigid than the Aventador’s chassis. This contributes to superior handling and agility. The design follows Lamborghini’s “aerodynamica Lamborghini” approach, incorporating active aerodynamics, Y-shaped LED lighting signatures, massive air intakes, and a futuristic, spaceship-like aesthetic that stays true to the brand's extreme, head-turning style.
Inside, the cabin blends luxury with technology. It features a driver-centric cockpit with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8.4-inch central infotainment screen, and a 9.1-inch passenger display. Sustainability is also a theme, with some interior elements made from recycled materials. The Revuelto isn’t just a new Lamborghini—it’s the future of high-performance driving.
