@theashleynez: This is why I love North Carolina — there’s always something happening. I pulled up to the Cheerwine Festival in Salisbury and let me just say… they did it right. Good food, local vendors, families outside enjoying the day — it was giving true Southern charm without doing too much. The roasted corn? Fire. The birria tacos with Cheerwine sauce? Sloppy in the best way. And that Cheerwine frappe? Yeah, I had one and was tempted to double back. Salisbury really showed out — and I already know I’ll be back next year.
