Everyone experiences trauma in this dimension, but it is a choice to identify as a victim or a survivor or however you see yourself. In the long run, you can keep thinking about your trauma and feel the emotions of anger, sadness, guilt etc…or you can decide something else. You can decide that those low vibrational emotions are holding you back from living your best life. You can tell a universal intelligence that you surrender your anger, sadness, guilt to it. You can tell that Universal Intelligence that you have mismanaged your actions and inner thoughts for long enough and that you allow it to intervene. You thank that Universal Intelligence for taking your anger, sadness, guilt etc away from you. You feel the emotion of gratitude for knowing that a Universal Intelligence will intervene and help you live a better life. This has an impact on your reality! (To learn more read “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” by Dr. Joe Dispenza).

You’re not a 40yr old dating, you’re your better second attempt at your 20s. 😉

I don’t agree. Prior to 40 is research and development phase for some. Post 40 is applying your knowledge, hopefully more informed and healed.

Dating in the 30 bracket as a recently divorced person has been eye opening. Adults with so much trauma and who are permanently destroyed by their own actions. They don’t even understand how a healthy relationship should be

trauma is overrated in modern times. everything negative from your past is seen as 'trauma' all life experiences are pos. and negative. look at generations above us that experienced wars and kept going

People are starting to grow up in their 40’s. As I am a pure example of that. But responsibility for self is definitely the key to grow and become a better person than who you were yesterday - That remembering my past. Acknowledging my pain, and the traumas I inflicted upon myself due to that trauma, is how you change the patterns of repeating it any longer.
