A tray of chickn wings, pattem dry 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon Shaoxing cooking wine( don’t sub this!!) 1 teaspoon sesame oil (don’t sub this one either) 1 egg 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons flour And of course oil, old oil is better in my opinion 😂.
