But it can also stem from chasing that busy lifestyle in order to quiet a busy mind so that we don’t have to deal with the chaos inside our own heads 🤯 how wild is that?!  Studies have proven time and time again that nature is necessary for healing, both physically and mentally.  Some tips ☝🏼 to try instead of ramping up the stress hormones:  🥰 Give yourself a hug. It’s not weird, it’s just unfamiliar - try it!  🧘‍♀️ Move your body! Whether it be running, walking, or simply stretching. Stress is stored within the body if we aren’t active!  🎶 High vibrational music is soooooo beneficial for stress! Whether you’re listening to sound bowls, rainfall, or even Bob Marley (who purposely used high frequency for his music so his listeners can feel that amazing connection 😍) 🗣️ If you have supportive people, approach them! If not, I’d always advice speaking to a therapist. Bottled up emotions (inc stress) wreak havoc on our bodies.  🌳🌊 Nature is calling! ✨ we come from nature, yet we spend less than 2% of our lives outdoors. No wonder we’re struggling!! 😢  😮‍💨 Breathing exercises.
