It’s more Accra that is expensive in comparison to other cities like Temale or Kumasi - Ghana is more than just the capital, but they’re charging capital prices.

the average Ghanaian doesn't spend 15 pounds = 213.17 cedis on a meal. max is 20 cedis which is equivalent to 1.41 pounds.

Yeah I didn’t deep how expensive Accra was until I went to Lagos. Both are still cheaper than London but Lagos has way better value for money. You can buy more with £1 in Lagos vs £1 in Accra
