Not really a quote, but one of our players was a surprise BBEG transformed into a goose. When he got the power to transform back he just stood up and traded places with the DM, gave the whole "I'll reshape the universe to my will" monologue, and handed out new character sheets to the others (That he previously requested from each one privately), starting a new campaign.

After killing who we thought was the BBEG, our paladin goes into a self relization monologe about how we may be the villans, that the world is corrupt and how he must end it. Fast forward and bit, he stabs our rouge through the heart and looks toward the last player (Our Druid, his gf both in game and irl). Tossing my head on the ground in front of her “I have the strength to rebulild a perfect world in the name of our gods.. They tell me to finish what I’ve started, but I don’t have the heart to live in a perfect world without you.” Crying in real life and hearing the pain in his voice “Fly away my little Dove.” Thus starting our new campaign

We were playing strahd and the cleric of our group was backhanded across the face by him (and nearly died from it) and my DM looked me in the eyes and said, to my Druid who is the only other healer: “Go on- fix her.” I started yelling 🤣
