@jeffnippardfitness: I wanted to see how much muscle a beginner could build compared to someone with 15+ years of lifting experience. So I had my noob brother follow the exact same program as me for 365 days. In addition to following the same workout plan, we also both tracked every calorie we ate using MacroFactor and monitored our sleep using an Oura ring.
