Well, what’s admin doing to support these ppl? They shouldn’t just fire ppl without giving them support. I’ve seen teachers struggle bc they didn’t get any help. I myself had to figure it out on my own.

Biggest culture killer is admin. Get up and help the teacher. Go to the classroom, see what’s going on. Do your damn job. Support your teachers. Do not sit there and talk about this in a calm manner like it isn’t someones actual livelihood you want to end. Take responsibility for your actions.
