If your pillow is too high (hello, two-pillow sleepers!), it can push your head forward, curving the spine unnaturally and putting strain on your neck and shoulders. Too low? Your neck loses support, which can also lead to discomfort and misalignment. 🧠 TIP: When lying on your side, your head should be in line with your spine - not tilted up or down.
