Pour in a jar of red sauce and a jar of Alfredo. Stir and cook on low for about five hours. Boil a pound of penne pasta. After five hours, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker or remove the chicken to chop it into chunks if you prefer. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir. Stir in a cup of mozzarella and serve. I served with salad and a crusty bread.
