Not my mom telling everyone what I did and where I was without me saying it’s okay. Never in my life have I been more embarrassed. And then calls and tells me that she did that. I hung up on her and told them I wanted no more calls that night as I was sobbing. Didn’t talk to her the rest of the stay there.

Honestly I feel like mental hospitals just slow down the healing process for people in these situations. You get out and have the same living situation that put you there to begin with. You need money to move on with your life, but you just spent it all on some pills.
