May is National BBQ Month, and to celebrate Lizzie’s Memphis Style BBQ at Promenade at Sunset Walk is running a challenge for the strongest of eaters - the Lizzie’s Big Pit BBQ Challenge. We tried it, and we failed, in the best possible way! Full, content, and a complete mess! Located 5 minutes outside Disney's Animal Kingdom! Running throughout May, participants will have 30 minutes to attempt to consume about 10 pounds of food, including: o 2 racks of ribs o 2 lbs of brisket o 2 lbs of pulled pork o 1 Smokehouse burger o 12 oz sweet potato casserole o 12 oz mac & cheese o 4 slider rolls o 4 honey butter cornbread pieces Then join them Memorial Day Weekend!
