LICENCES=LOST RIGHTS? HOW? WHEN GRAMMATICALLY SPEAKING, THE TERM ITSELF IS FLAWED. How can one be penalized for playing the game that is deliberately flawed, and then penalized by being denied RIGHTS under the CONSTITUTION that gave them RIGHTS. EMPLOYEES have rights, as long as those rights , the CORPORATION EMPLOYS, so technically they can't deny without culpability.

I don't agree, because all you do is contract into another thing imitating the original. licensing to drive isn't traveling through the 14th amendment. you contracted into a driver's license, but it doesn't mean that you now lost your right to travel in a car
