Black Mussels and Prawn Soup | Rustic, Rich & Full of the Sea This seafood soup is simple, warming, and packed with flavour. Made with fresh mussels, prawns, garlic, and cherry tomatoes, it’s finished with crusty bread and fresh parsley — just like we eat it at home. Ingredients (2–3 pax): • 500g black mussels • 300g fresh prawns • 1 can cherry tomatoes • 2 garlic cloves • 1 fresh chilli • White wine to deglaze • Fresh parsley, olive oil, and salt to taste • Crunchy bread to serve Instructions: • In one pan, cook garlic, chilli, parsley and oil until sizzling. • Add mussels, cook 30 seconds, deglaze with white wine. • Add prawns, cook 5 minutes. • In a second pan, cook garlic and oil, then add cherry tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. • Filter seafood juices into tomato sauce, cook 5 more minutes. • Add seafood mix, stir gently, and serve hot with crunchy bread and extra parsley. #cookingwithtucci #musselsoup #prawnsoup #italianseafood #homemadecomfort #souprecipe #fyp #easyitalianrecipe #seafoodlover
