For people looking for a place to stay in Rayong, I highly recommend Mercure Lomtalay! A lot of thais go there but definitely a hidden gem, not a lot of foreigners yet

I'm from Rayong, Rayong is my home town, I quite like the way our beaches are clean and not many tourists, similar to Phuket or Pattaya
