I’m wearing one right now, I suffer from chronic migraines. It’s a nice temporary relief. However, It doesn’t stay cold for more than 10 minutes even after the 2 hours it says to keep in the freezer. I have better results with excedrin migraine and an actual ice pack and a dark room.

I don’t have this brand but having a headache cap is a life saver. Thing works wonders. Can also use it for an “ice” pack, and a heating pack as well

I love these! I have one (different brand) but it works! I suffer from migraine and it helps soothe it while my meds kick in. it helps me take a nap and also blocks out all light. the compression mixes with the cold feels so nice
