@tressuni: Spicy radish salad or Moo saengchae! - 1 Daikon radish - 1-2 tbsp Garlic (or 4-5 cloves) - 2 tbsp Red pepper flakes - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1 tbsp Plum extract (If you don’t have then replace with sugar) - 2 tbsp Fish sauce - 2 tbsp Vinegar - ½ tsp Salt (or sprinkle as you like) - Sesame seeds (as much or little as you want) - Green onions, chopped (optional) 1.
