@curiousaboutvietnam: This is one of Central Vietnam’s most unusual and most difficult snacks to fill up on. These tiny snails are harvested from the ocean and gathered by the thousands to be sold in markets like this one in Hoi An. The snails are boiled in an aromatic broth, then she adds a fresh sweet salty fish sauce and ginger dressing to the bag, giving you that extra zing when you’re digging for those tiny morsels of yumminess. It’s little real-life moments like this one, in markets across the country, that make Vietnam such a fascinating place to visit. 📍 Check out my website to see my Vietnam Food Maps and Street Food Tours if you’re planning a trip here. 🤩 Yummmyfaaace!!! 🥰 🐌 Chợ Cẩm Châu (Cam Chau Market) She sits in front of the market, a little off to the left. #streetfood #snail #snack #hoianfood #hoianancienttown #hoianvietnam #vietnamfood #vietnamstreetfood #vietnamfoodtours #vietnam
