I pay $1200 a year for membership. for 1-2 months of the year the course is "under maintenance" e.g coring of greens and scalped fairways. I think members should be well mad/upset that the club isn't providing a service.

That is budget friendly annual cultivation at it’s finest. If anybody gives y’all shit, it’s confirmation that they have no idea what all goes into maintaining the space they enjoy the other 50 weeks of the year.
