Tallahassee, so sorry that this happened to you. My daughter had the same thing happen, over $800 worth of shipping supplies, transfers, focals, beads, etc. Chargeback filed with Shopify, case argued with evidence order received, text messages between my daughter and thief customer submitted, yet daughter lost her case, the goods, the money, and additional penalty fees charged to her small business. Very sad that people can do this and not care. 😔
