Do the form fitting options work well around the thigh as well? My hourglass isn’t quite as extreme as yours but we’re built similarly and I find my thighs are an issue in non wide pants.

Before I gained weight, American eagle used to fit well. I haven’t tried since gaining weight, I just wear flared skirts mostly now. I have about a 15in difference between waist and hip.

It does take more time, but I’ve had really good luck with thrifted men’s trousers and having them altered. Buy to fit your hips and take in at the waist, usually with 2 darts in the back. The construction on menswear is typically higher quality too
