Lucky was I at the age of seventeen. Found a single apartment for five hundred dollars a month. Moved in and it was tough at first, but you learn how to take care of everything and yourself. Can’t complain because it helped me mature and become an adult and take care of myself.

True but in NJ it’s impossible due to cost of living!

They want more money, but there aren’t enough resources for young ppl. The job market sucks. And young ppl even with degrees and still not making enough to move out

She is right what a great clip of a speech. All the young generation complains it’s too hard. Try working 3 jobs AND going to college. And by the way college isn’t for everyone!

Disagree🤔If allowed to stay with your parents, appreciate the opportunity to save your money so you can afford your own mortgage sooner rather than later.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS LADY!! Do not move out of your parents house until you have got the taste of adulthood and LIFE! Allow yourself to save up some money (a nest egg) adulting is not what you think it is at 19yrs old! Life sucks then it gets better then it sucks again then it gets better than ever. Then it humbles you

Our kids are welcome to stay living at home as long as they are continuing to save!! The world is hard enough without the added, unnecessary bills, when they can continue to stay with us.

home was a safe place but man, renting a house with like 4 of my best girl friends in my 20s was the best. we were all there for each other and figured it out. It was hard but it was good for us. I know it’s hard to move out but if you can find others and rent- do it! Do it for the plot✨

Our 26 year old triplets still live at home. I love it! Also, they cannot afford life, they do not come from wealth like your children.
