Actually fits my changeling rogue quite well, she was taken from her real mother by her elven father and raised as a ‘strange elf’ before an invading empire ripped her adoptive family from her, then she escaped and joined a resistance to fight against the new regime, found love and new family in them, before they were taken from her aswell, after this she changed form for the first time into a persona that would become her mask she’d wear while committing extreme acts of violence against anyone who associates with the empire that took her family from her.

my oc is rather cruel, I made it so she is cruel just because she is, but then I remember that when she was born, her cleric father tossed her into a well as an offering, but she survived and a big cult found her. let's say they were not the nicest people. huh, maybe there is a reason to her cruelty after all

my oc (former soldier who lived through the war to end up doing dirty work for the mafia) is cruel but more out of habit and reflex (to protect oneself) than anything else. he still remains human, especially with his son. (your art is so beautiful, you worked hard for it, well done.)

Oooooh, this reminds me of an oc I have! She's a shape shifter but can only turn into a wolf because she has amnesia and doesn't remember anything from her childhood, therefore she doesn't completely know how to use her magic, also because she got disconnected from her people post-amnesia. She also lived in the woods alone for a period of time so she developed animalistic behavior. This could be and her friend (the Queen of a kingdom) once they grew up who locked her away and had her ready for public execution because she was framed for some serious crimes (the Queen felt guilty when she found out she was wrong and she tried to fix it, but yeah, you can't really go back to normal after that ;-;).
