Barebell rdl makes my lower back hurts no matter what, so I permanently switched to db rdl, using the hook straps to load up heavy, now I am only tight on my lower back the end of my workout but no pain per se, best switch ever.

I've had a hamstring injury for over a month. They're better, but not yet 100%. Food is key to recovery, and I haven't eaten what I should to help the muscle recover. I'm getting there, little by little.
