you're wasting most of the dry ice and time on making the oil and grease brittle, the fryers and hood vents are very mobile! and wherever you are they're not shutting down the walk-ins correct? honestly ask cause my autistic brain, went what if pre-frozen instead of using the extra dry ice to get it cold enough?

honest question and can you test it to answer? you're in a restaurant with a walk-in freezer, freeze the deep fryer over night then dry ice blast!
