You are so correct this also is kinda hoarding there is actually people like myself who would love to work if only part time and can’t find a job because of the people that are younger have the jobs and as said don’t care about the customer only themselves

This is also HIGHLY dependent on the person. Productivity comes from the person, not the place. The office can be unproductive just the same as home.

How many have been hired in the last 4 yrs told they could be home. Saving on child care and more? Personally my husband never stopped working on/at the job as a business owner. I have been a SAHM for 19yrs.

It’s great that their jobs were desk jobs so they could work from home during that time. A lot of Americans kept working at their jobs, showing up everyday, risking being infected to keep America running. I don’t have any sympathy for people that are not wanting to go back to an climate controlled office. If you don’t like what your employer is expecting of you go find another job!
