Pour 1/2 oz of vermouth in a cocktail glass, swirl, and then mix a couple tablespoons of blue cheese with the 1/2 oz vermouth. Stuff olives and chill in fridge. 2. Place vermouth lined glass in freezer to chill. 3. Combine vodka or gin, remaining 1/2 oz vermouth, olive brine, and ice in a large shaker. Shake well, until the shaker is chilled. 4. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass, and serve with the blue cheese-stuffed olives. One is all you need!
