my daughter rejected a boy in her class and his mom,a teacher @ the school yelled at her. She was fired after it came out that she was bullying a lot of the female students who rejected her son. my daughter was in 5th grade

in elementary a large majority of kids avoided me and made a game of running away from me, I hung out with a boy who loved pokemon, we roleplaued as pokemon I was always eevee, evolved into vaporeon. I miss that kid he gave me a vaporeon EX card when I moved

Genuinely similar story- one of my middle school friends outright refused to play with me (after I even *asked her* if she wanted to) and then I got lectured cuz I “told her she couldn’t join” HUH?

i stayed away from most people because i had to move houses every two years (divorced parents), so i wouldnt get attached and miss my friends i made my first friend ever in kindergarten, and a diff girl tried to "bully" us so i would play with her instead of my friend (she didnt like it when i spent time with people who werent her) and then i moved and never made friends again until 5th grade, when a group adopted me to treat me as their pet/mascot instead of an actual person

Literally left out cause I wasn’t ‘girly’ enough (I liked Minecraft and games at 6), I’m glad I had a friend in that clique who actually knew me and our parents were friends so the other girls were actually MAD she hung out with me (esp when the teacher actually told them to quiet down bc they were being disruptive)
