Faq :
I do walk 12000-15000 steps and half an hour yoga daily and consume around 650-730 kcls, I slashed around 45 kgs in 18 months time. I respect Dr chajar but not agreed to his diet plane that's totally different than what our taste buds likes to have it.
My suggestion: eat everything in balance, do exercise seriously provided you're not a sugar patient, if you're, eat low glycemic index food in 5 small portions a day. you target 1500 kcls intake daily out of which you burn 6-700 kcls through exercise, you will be fine in 6-12 months time 🙏
