I never took a single book to school, always an empty backpack. I don’t have this problem and I am almost 100% sure my laziness saved me a lot of back pain.

when you go on walks walk with ur hands behind ur back like an old lady, it’ll fix ur posture eventually! also do shoulder and back & neck stretches every morning

And it's weird for me as a person who danced from the age of 5 we had posture training that now I don't need to align mine but others never knew how to stand properly
