Many things need to be considered while passing such a rule. The lives of lakhs of students cannot be made a playground by making them haphazard. How many students have left their parents and their home districts for the preparatory classes of this CTEVTE program. How many students have dropped out for 1 year for this CTEVTE program. How much impact has CTEVTE, which is the choice of so many students, had on the mental health of the students who have finally taken the preparatory classes? Have you noticed? If such a policy and rules were to be passed, couldn't it have been done in Asoj-Kartik? If these policies and rules had been issued at that time, even the brothers and sisters who gave SEE would have studied well. The students who dropped out for 1 year would have chosen some other field. The friends who thought of studying this CTEVTE would have participated in some other program. It is not possible to strike at the dreams of lakhs of students now after this has come to an end. You cannot play with the lives of students who have come with so much trust. What will happen to the thousands of students who have come to Surkhet from Jumla, Humla, Jajarkot, Dolpa, Kalikot to take preparatory classes for CTEVTE? Similar problems exist in other places as well. Don't throw away the respect you have earned so easily, dear CTEVTE. If a student does not get a good GPA in SEE due to internal problems, will he not be able to study CTEVTE?
