@sugarspundreams: homemade oreo cinnamon rolls🤍 easy recipe: dough: 3/4 cup warm milk(180g) 1/4 cup granulated sugar(50g) 1/4 cup melted butter(57g) 1 egg (room temp) 1/2 tsp salt (1.5g) 3 cups of flour(360g)(add more as needed) 1 packet of yeast 3 crushed oreos(or chocolate graham crackers) 1 tsp olive oil (for bowl) mix yeast, sugar and milk and set aside for 5 minutes. then add your egg and butter and mix, add in your dry ingredients and knead for about 2-5 minutes or until no longer sticky(you might need more flour). cover and set dough into an oiled bowl for 1 hr (or until it’s doubled in size) ( i added about 1/4 cup of heavy cream on top of the rolls before baking!) oreo filling: 1/2 cup crushed oreos(65g)(6-8cookies) 1/2 cup brown sugar(100g) 1/4 cup melted butter(57g) 2 tsp cinnamon (5g) mix all ingredients together and spread onto dough, after you’re done add a few crushed oreos before you roll & cut it! cream cheese frosting: 4oz softened cream cheese(113g) 2 tbsp butter (28g) 1 cup powdered sugar(120g) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2.5ml) (crushed oreos for top) mix ingredients until combined then set aside to cool, if it’s too thick add 1 tablespoon of milk until you’ve reached your desired consistency. bake at 350•F for 25-30 minutes! #oreo #cinnamonroll #cinnamonrolls #Recipe #baking #fyp
