It’s not waste, it’s untapped potential. 🍫🥣Coffee Chocolate Granola * 2 cups rolled oats * 2 tbsp used coffee grounds * 1/4 cup cocoa powder * 1/4 cup tahini * 1/3 cup maple syrup (or agave or honey) * 1/2 cup mixed nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped * 1/3 cup chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). 2. In a large bowl, mix oats, dried coffee grounds, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts. 3. Add tahini and maple syrup directly to the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated. 4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-baking sheet 5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and slightly crispy. 6. Let the granola cool completely. 7. Once cooled, stir in the chocolate chips. 8. Combine water and coffee grounds in a jar. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight (12–18 hours). 2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter. Keep refrigerated. 3.
