You really should be neutral, but if not, I understand why your pushing fear.. You get more business that way and make money off people who don't understand that it'll never win. Our Government is changing and most Federal Employees won't be needed... I got that from the first email that went out to 2M of us. Do this and get paid through September 30th, to give you time to find a job in the Private Sector since that's were things are headed for our Economy build up, or stay and risk a RIF with NO GUARANTEES, that your position will be available any longer. Writing was there, but folks just took it wrong and accused this Administration of just getting rid of folks because they could. If you have been paying attention, our World is changing.. and to do that you need to bring things down to the foundation to build it back up, better and more prosperous. With that, The laws are going to be changing from the Maritime Laws to the Constitutional Laws and certain folks in certain occupations will have to relearn or move on. Have a Blessed Day, 🙏.

At SSA the changes to policy occurring on a daily basis 10 to 15 changes daily we receive with 15 minutes to understand the changes know how to implement the policy changes and if we call for assistance too many times they’re monitoring us if we take more than the 15 minutes they’re monitoring us if we go to the bathroom too long they’re monitoring us assessing performance that’s what they call it

Between return to office and the administrations decisions I realized it was time to go. I was fortunate enough to be able to retire. I have survivors guilt leaving my coworkers behind. We stay in touch and I can tell the stress is real back in the office.

As a RIF’d employee, I have no idea how I’m going to pay my rent next month if they don’t find me a job with the Reemployment Priority List. I hate this uncertainty. Idk if I’m going to be able to house my family…and I’m a disabled vet.

Not a good idea, 30% of federal employees are veterans. Did they really not think about poking that bear? I miss the days where you simply meet someone in the parking lot, conduct business, and go back to work. 😁
