Not all companies do this BS. It’s why it’s recommended that get experience as an intern. (While you’re in college.) that way by the time you graduate OR get licensed, some employers will BS and test your intelligence, you don’t need both in most fields

When I use to go on interviews compensation was the first question I would ask and I would say so I don’t waist ur time and I don’t waist mine because I’ve been burned before going through all the hoops interviewing with 3 different people and the CEO to get a $65k offer nah I told u I make over $100k already I’m looking to move up not down
