I couldn’t raise my arm past my shoulder for three years. Incredibly painful when you’re trying to throw a baseball at the collegiate level. Several doctors, athletic trainers and PT that did nothing but hurt more. No answers. Finally decided to try again. Doctor stands behind me and watches me raise my arm. Puts his hand on my shoulder blade and says try again. Arm goes up with no pain. Scapular dyskinisia. He puts some tape on my back to help keep my shoulder blade down. And I was fine the next day and never had pain or problems raising my arm again. Wild that three years of pain and physical limitation was literally fixed with three pieces of tape in a day.

This was me. Doc thought I was kidding about how I couldn’t lift my arm. Assumed it was primarily pain. Had surgery. He couldn’t raise my arm when I was sedated. Told me post surgery worst case of adhesive capsilitis he’d seen.

time to ask this. why do I get hiccups every time I eat? and those hiccups hurt a lot. my doctor just said to drink more during eating but . that just makes it worse.... hiccups only come with solid foods. and I do chew my food well.

I dislocated my shoulder and it ended up frozen then a year later after it just about healed my other shoulder went (not as bad) so that's my luck
