itching all over....no matter how much oil I nath in or cream I lather my body with...and yes itching ears...and my feet kills me if I sat or played down and then get up worse than pins and needles..🤔

I went to my dr 3 times when I lived in the UK and I got brushed off. I got told I was too young. I’m now just battling perimenopause on my own, not knowing what supplements I should take.

43 and cos I’m young it has taken me 6 months of relentless gp visits to get medication. Sleep deprived brain fog mood swings impacting on work and home life. Has not been fun.

I’m on HRT, tried all kinds things are better but no way near perfect! It’s horrendous and I started 11 years ago. Had some really bad experiences with my GP. Had more lows than known to man.

Can blood test show ? My doctor was a man 🙄 and brushed it off. Said he can test a hormone to see if it’s menopause. I’m 99.9% sure it’s perimenopause.
