We have a finite amount of crude oil. The Postal Service is horrible. A Global Postal Service that runs on lightning, and lava. well it depends on the situation. if you have a limited budget for a project you should wait until you're confident enough about the output. but yes sitting around is not a good approach.

i had a bad plan, executed it, found out the problem was the environment didnt have the variables for the plan to execute successfully. The conclusion was then to wait for the stars to align and the variables to randomly exist since alternative environments are out of reach.
