I never realized this was a symptom of emetophobia, may I ask why in and out scared you, is it a fear of getting food poisoning? Does this happen with all new restaurants? So proud of you! I had a phobia of flying with massive panic attacks and forced myself to do it too until now I am just uncomfortable but not panicking. I know how hard it is. Very proud of you!! 😊😊
