Late to this, but I just realized the Kingdom Key doesn’t disappear when Riku throws it back to Sora. Kinda wild since it usually vanishes if someone unworthy touches it but ig Riku gained more control of the darkness in his heart during the time skip

KH 2 was ahead of its time but also, in the right time of my life that I got to preorder, stand in line and pick up at midnight before release. I was so skeptic going into KH 1 that when I did back in 2001, I was so ready for KH 2 and it did not disappoint. I just wished KH 3 had the same energy but it sadly wasn’t. Still was happy to play it though. A lot of questions unanswered but hopefully more to come. Thank you SquareEnix for making my memories of childhood and teenage years so much better. Mahalo and Salamat. Hopefully I will get to see the next sequel in my life time and share it with my son.

I mean this with every ounce of my being. No other game can mimic the impact on me that Kingdom Hearts did. It’s literally stood the tests of time and it’s STILL one of the greatest games of all time! KH on top 🗣

Is this anyone else all time favorite final boss fight or is it just me? Like other games have harder final bosses but this was one u could feel the intensity so much from a story perspective just makes it way better then any other boss fight
