I’ve done this years ago, and the step slide… my knee popped off and got dislocated on the spot. If your gym floor ain’t secured, don’t forget to put a mat or smth!

How do you keep it glute focused because I tried with smith machine and half way up I feel the smith machine forcing me to go straight up causing more quad focused. Half way down glute cuz I angle but coming up half way quad because I come up more straight. Please help your girl out
