It’s a prosecuting attorney testifying on behalf of the police because he wasn’t there and that is hearsay., you notice the way he keeps adding to the story in order to make it stick. If you believe the story from the prosecutor, they heard them man was told to leave and that’s exactly what he did. Where is the crime?

I’ve seen several post scenes of this judge and he is extremely fair. It’s all about probable cause and like the Attorney said fruit of the poisonous tree.

this is the only acceptable form of being a judge. he isn't letting his personal feelings about it impact his judgement. he sees the cops didn't do their job correctly and so this man got out. this should tell cops do it correctly and respectfully or not at all.
