Honestly, I’d put in a report against him. Especially if the manager already told you that you could do it—sounds like this guy has some kind of complex himself. Might not do anything, but if they have a prior report of it or someone reports him doing it again in the future, it’ll prove a pattern

the way I would go in there next time & take a random fake package with dog poop smeared on the bottom and hand it to him & walk out & find a different post office 🤬 I'm so sorry you had that experience.

Lived in Chicago…. Had to shower after USPS/DMV they were so cruel. Moved to Tennessee and it is a life altering wonderful experience at both.🙌🏼
