It's not even the fact that he doesn't have a degree. It's the fact that if he's so deceitful to lie about this information or he is so careless, how can he be considered an accurate and precise reporter of information? If he would cheat on his education, who is to say he wouldn't cheat on his testimony.

The CV Aperture has hyperlinked on his employee profile still has 2022 listed as the year he obtained the BS at UAB!!! I think HE provided the CV w/2024 in the federal case. He can’t keep up with his own lies, which leaves him putting different dates on everything.

Brenna of course knew about the education thing and he didn’t question him on direct (“an expert”) on his degree like he has every other expert witness, only credentials and experience. He knew that info was BS and he was hoping Alessi wouldn’t catch it.

He said it was filed in 2023 and the 2024 year on the CV was his projected grad year but it’s still very misleading (especially since now in 2025 he still does not hold this degree)
